What does the £150 price include?
It is the starting price for a focused one-page rework where the content and requirements are already fairly clear. A tighter scope keeps the price lower. If the site needs extra pages, custom features, copywriting or more complex setup, we will quote that separately before anything starts.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes. We can often keep useful text, images and brand details while improving the layout, mobile view and route to enquiry. The best route depends on how your current site is built and what access you have.
Do I need to provide the text and images?
Existing content is a helpful starting point. We can tidy and organise supplied copy, but a large copywriting job, new photography or paid image sourcing would be quoted separately.
What is included in the £20 monthly plan?
Rework Care is for normal small updates businesses need through the year, such as text edits, replacing supplied images, changing prices, updating opening hours, services and contact details.
What is not included in the monthly plan?
It is not unlimited redesign work or ongoing custom development. Larger redesigns, new pages, ecommerce changes, booking systems and new features would be quoted separately.
How do I request an update?
Send the change and any replacement text or images through the agreed support channel. If something falls outside routine maintenance, we will say so before starting.
Can you help with hosting and domains?
Yes. We can help connect the website to your domain and explain the options in plain English. Third-party hosting, domain and email costs are separate.
How long does a website normally take?
Straightforward websites can usually move quickly once we have the content and information we need. Before starting, we will confirm the scope and give you a clear expected completion date.
Can I cancel the monthly plan?
Yes, according to the terms agreed before the plan starts. We will explain any notice period and what happens to your website before you sign up.
Do you work with ecommerce websites?
We can review ecommerce projects, but store setup, payments, product migration and catalogue management usually need a separate quote.
